Our program to develop your inner ninja

Nobody said ninja was easy! Ninja warrior involves upper body, core, grip strength, and it's harder than it looks. Made popular by the American Warrior TV show, those athletes make it look easy! But follow any of their training programs on social media, and you'll quickly learn that they dedicate a tremendous amount of time to hone their skills, build their strength and increase their agility.


The League of Ninjas was developed by Matt "The Bat" Hallak, our resident ninja expert. His philosophy of teaching is to build confidence and strength through kinesthetic learning that comes from practice. This program systematically breaks down the movements necessary to complete common ninja obstacles with efficiency and flow. Through focused balance, skills and technique development, increased strength and faster obstacle times are a natural result. 

For self development, OCR training or just pure fun, the League of Ninjas will help you achieve your personal best!

New Monthly Payment Option

The Program Passport

To ease the financial stress of program enrollment, we created the Program Passport. Rather than a single prepaid cost, the Passport offers 12 equal payments over the course of the school year. Passport holders will have early enrollment in Fall, Winter and Spring classes along with an annual membership from September to August to eliminate the need for membership bridges between classes to continue using the full facility outside class times.


  • 12 affordable payments at the first of each month

  • Early registration before opening to the public

  • 12 month membership as long as payments are up to date

  • Full access to the facility plus 1 guest pass for a new visitor each month

  • Register early, start the membership before classes begin

10 Weeks | 1.5hr class, once a week

Monday | 6pm to 7.30pm 

Friday | 6pm to 7.30pm

Saturday | 11.30am to 1pm

Sunday | 9.30am to 11am 


10 Weeks | 1.5hr class, once a week

Wednesday | 6pm to 7.30pm 

Sunday | 12pm to 1.30pm 


Personal training & group sessions are always an option for ninjas of all ages!
