EVENT INFORMATION

Dear Ninja Showdown competitors and families,

Thank you for registering for our event. Our team has put a lot of work to ensure a fantastic time for all participants. We're looking forward to sharing exciting moments with you this weekend!

Below you will the schedule of events and running order for each age category. We recommend that each competitor arrives as per the schedule to ensure a smooth athlete check-in process and being present for the competitor's briefing and course orientations.

But first, please take note of the following!

RULES

Our event is affiliated with the Canadian Ninja League. Course rules will be aligned as per the CNL rulebook. Please review this information before the event. Specifics for each stage will be explained during competitors' briefings so please be on time. https://canadianninjaleague.org/rulebook

WAIVERS

All competitors must have a valid waiver on file. Waivers are good for two years so if you're unsure if yours is up to date, it doesn't hurt to complete a new one. Waivers for competitors 17 and under must be completed by their parent or court-appointed legal guardian only.

PARKING

Parking at Aspire has never been a problem in the past, however, our parking lot is shared with large transport trucks. These trucks need space to manoeuver and we don't want your vehicle to get damaged in any way. We will have pylons and cones designating space for Aspire parking and there is street parking available along Bronte St. This road does get busy at times so please take extra care when crossing. Anyone parked outside designated areas may be subject to ticketing or towing at their own expense.

FOOTWEAR

It's winter, so outdoor footwear is not permitted in the facility. All competitors must bring along a pair of indoor shoes to compete but we also encourage spectators to bring a pair of slippers or shoes for comfort as well.

DAY PASSES

As part of your event registration, we would like you to enjoy the climbing available at our facility. Participants will have access to the bouldering and climbing walls AFTER their runs.

***IMPORTANT*** Climbing gear rentals and auto-belay orientations are extra. To ensure the safety of all visitors and proper operation of our equipment, first-time visitors are required to take an auto-belay orientation before using those climbs.

SCHEDULE AND RUNNING ORDER

We ask all competitors to arrive by the arrival times posted to check-in with our front desk. All competitors will do a course walk-through with the course judges before the start times. Please note that these times may fluctuate slightly due to the nature of this type of event. We will do our absolute best to keep to this schedule and announce any changes that may occur.
